Program Details: This program is an 8-week coaching program aimed at helping you become financially fit. You will receive step-by-step coaching, materials, and lifetime access to the course content.

Payment Terms: The full price of the program is $3300AUD . Payment must be made in full. No payment plan options are available.

Refund Policy:

- Refund Availability: A full refund is available only within the first three days from the date of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be offered, as access to the program materials will have been provided.

- Action Requirement: To qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you have actively participated in the program, including completing all assignments and engaging with the provided materials. This program is not a "get rich quick" scheme and requires your full commitment and action. Refunds will not be issued if the program has been downloaded or materials have been accessed but no work has been completed.

Cancellation Policy: No cancellations or refunds are allowed after the 3-day period mentioned above. Any requests for cancellations after this period will not be honored.

Confidentiality and Privacy: Your personal information will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. Your email address will be used only for program-related communication.

Program Participation: You are expected to actively participate in the program and complete all assignments. Failure to participate may impact your success in the program. This is not a passive program; your full engagement is necessary for achieving the desired financial fitness.

Dispute Resolution: In case of a dispute, we will first attempt to resolve it through mediation. If mediation fails, arbitration or legal action may be pursued.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Melbourne, Australia.

Support Availability:

• Response Time: All queries submitted through the program platform or via email will be addressed within 48 hours during business days (Monday to Friday).

• Weekend Support: Support is not available on weekends. Any inquiries submitted over the weekend will be responded to on the next business day (Monday).

• Support Hours: Our support team operates Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM AEST.
